We have framed a mission statement for our new enterprise which stresses our desire to be both an ethical and effective press and investor relations firm in service to our client(s) and their shareholders. We wish to be factual, informative, and responsive with respect to our dealings with MRPS (and any future clients) and all shareholders.
We realize that some may be a little sceptical about how this transformation has occurred from being 5 individuals into being the PR/IR firm for MRPS. It happened very quickly and there was a lot of work and co-operation required on all fronts. We all have backgrounds that we and Microphonics feel will help aid shareholder value, and, importantly, we can hit the ground running.
Our inability to post individually about MRPS over the last two weeks has been difficult for us - given our previous vociferous presence, especially, with the various speculations for our absence. Our announcement to this and the SI and RB MRPS threads details this rapid transformation truthfully.
In the future, the individuals comprising SmartStockAdvisor.com will be posting on other SI/RB boards regarding other individual stock interests, but we will only speak of our present client, Microphonics, under this corporate identification.
Later this weekend we will be posting a general response to some of the good questions some have raised clarifying our relationship to MRPS, the nature of this new thread, our future individual postings, the restrictions on our trading in MRPS, etc.
