I haven't heard of anything on 1 June, as far as I know their agreement with their creditors has given them breathing room until the September deadline. By Yahoo, do you mean a news release on Yahoo or a chat board? I really can't imagine what it would be. One could always pull up their most recent filing (10-K or 10-Q) and read the "liquidity and capital resources" section. In addition to all the standard boilerplate, and the crises you already know about, they will mention any drop-dead sort of problems that face them. - Daniel
