Some more questions if you don't mind..

What do the numbers mean beside the bid / ask ie. +0, +1/1 -1/11 etc.

If you wish to sell to a MM and he is the only bidder at the price and is bidding for 100 shares, can you SOES him for more then 100 shares, or will you always get a partial fill at that price.
