As I understood Musser explain it, first, it's a work in progress, so nothing is settled in final form. But, he mentioned the minimum at 200 to 500 shares (didn't settle exactly yet). And a 10 to 1 ratio (at this point), so for every 10 shares of SFE, you can get a crack at buying one share of the IPO at a slight premium to the price offered (in Musser's words "not $5, but more like a teeny, 1/16." Also there was talk of maybe including those who don't have the minimum 200-500 shares by establishing a certain number of IPO shares in a mutual fund kind of a vehicle, and you'd be able to buy units of that "fund". But even in that case, there'd be some minimum of SFE shares you'd have to hold. In any case, they emphasized several times that nothing is settled with finality. When they figure it out, they'll post it on their web-site, have a phone # you can call for info, and maybe even send out letters. Bottom line, we'll see.
