Wallace,

I have not followed LUV closely since I sold my shares a couple of months ago. While still the class act of the airline group, I continue to feel that it may underperform more leveraged carriers like DAL while the economy remains strong. I thought the fare increase announced last month was encouraging, but don't know how it has 'fared' since AMR began a new round of fare wars soon afterwards. I also like LUV's new agreement with Icelandic out of BWI and think it will expose many young budget-minded European travellers to the Southwest system. Still think they need a more aggresive program to hedge energy exposure.

Regards,
SC
