Just got into this one today based on this press release: Orcana Resources Ltd - Orcana negotiations to acquire e-commerce solution under way Orcana Resources Ltd OCN Shares issued 16,375,642 1999-04-13 close $0.1 Monday Apr 19 1999 Toronto, April 19 -- The Company announces it has negotiations underway to acquire an e-commerce solution which will: 1. CREATE REVENUE, and 2. ELIMINATE EXTENSIVE DILUTION "For the past three months I have been researching and examining many different avenues in the e-commerce field which would greatly help the Company through the current down cycle in the resource industry," said Mr. John Tait, Secretary of the Company. "The Company has looked at a number of "e-commerce solution" businesses and has narrowed it down to one." Mr. Tait stated, "We are currently negotiating the purchase of an e-commerce business." Orcana Resources Limited, a mining exploration company, is exploring a large titanium property in Wyoming, approximately 50 kilometers north of Laramie. The resource, ideally located in terms of infrastructure, is large with a strike length of approximately one mile and a width of 500 feet. It outcrops on surface and is amenable to open-pit mining.
