Hi Denise:

I know in time people will understand just how big this really is. Net Shepherd having bought Idealab (a CMGI of sorts) is old news, but huge unto itself. Idealab, which calls itself an "incubator firm" for start-ups and growth companies, was formed in 1996. It has invested in more than 20 Internet companies including eToys, GoTo.com, Tickets.com, WeddingChannel, Launchpad Technologies, Free-PC, and CarsDirect.

Net Shepherd a venture-capital firm spent $7 million to buy PointCast, which is best known for its client software that pushed news and information to users' desktops, downloading while subscribers performed other tasks.

eToys, GoTo.com, Pointcast to name a few .. Net Shepherd has nothing but a great upside from here. Every piece of DD I have seen so far just keeps making this story better.

What a gem you have found here Denise WOW!, Glad to catch this wave at these low prices.

Cheers,

Mike
