What proof do you have?

From their 4/26/99 press release, they say they have a "consulting agreement" with AmericasDoctor.com and can "use its Internet capabilities."

Where did you get your info that PRWW has a "stake" in AmericanDoctor.com?

with AmericasDoctor.com to enhance this Internet company's capability to
effectively support patient identification, recruitment and referral to
clinical investigational sites for both PRWW and other companies in the
pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. This solidifies
our position with AmericasDoctor.com to use its Internet capabilities and its
relationship with America Online to help us find patients faster to complete
clinical trials sooner. We all know that patient recruitment is the single
most frequently mentioned reason for delays in completion of clinical studies.

problem.
