Jay, Thanks a lot for the shareholders' meeting report and for asking our questions. I'm very happy to hear that management are not shady characters. <VBG> One minor correction to your post, you said (I think Cymer's uptime is 98%+). That was in Q4 '98, in the Q1 '99 CC Cymer stated, Machine-dependent uptime across a statistically-accurate number of our fielded units is now in excess of ninety-nine percent.
