This results in a market cap of $1 billion on day one of the IPO.

IJ, NTOP will have no less than 47 million shares outstanding after the offering. I think NTOP will debut at >$60, giving the company a first day market cap of about $3 billion. IDTC's ~60% (after the offering) equates to $1.8 billion, or $55/share. I think NTOP will be hotter than ETYS which commands a MC of $7.5 B on its ipo today. I wouldn't be surprised to see NTOP opens for trading with a market cap in excess of $5 B.
