Blaze, You might want to take a look at IDTC. They are the leader in telephony over the net. They are about to spinoff an IPO (keeping 66%) with the biggest name partners out there: Softbank, AOL, GE. They have deals with Yahoo, Netscape, and a zillion other top internet companies. AOL will be putting their net phone on their chat boards so that people can make anonymous phone calls to each other. The core business (internet backbone..224 POPS, discount long distance services, new switching technology..)earning were depressed last quarter because of their investment in their NET2Phone subsidiary and soon to be IPO. Without Net2phone their earnings will jump and then the .com value of their 66% holdings in the new ipo NTOP (net2phone)will double? the value of it shares. Good luck, Kevin
