Mr. Diligence,
Let me make it clear:
1 - I have not looked at CANI. I will look at it when I get the time, perhaps over the weekend [I have a life in the real world that also requires my time]. So if I miss it, I miss it. . .we have LOTS of stocks making big gains here. . . none of us play them all.
2 - My decision to pass on the near-term has nothing to do with location. . .I have never addressed CANI that I can recall. . . so you are apparantly trying to find something to argue about for the sake of arguing, which makes me wonder why that is.
3 - I am leary of ANY stock that is being shoved in my face and respectfully question the motives of those doing the shoving.
I'll say it again. . .I have NO TIME to run DD on every single stock sent to me in a timely manner. . . I find dozens of stocks each day that I look into to a certain extent. . .dozens more are sent via email, PM, etc. and are lined up each day and are written on a piece of paper. Yet, often I will not add a stock for weeks on end.
SIDEBAR: As I write this, I have about two dozen private messages that are still unanswered. . .that is because they are answered only after I answer public questions. . .so you can see how behind I am at this point. . and it is now midnight and I will retire with dozens of unanswered questions again. . . . . .
Now if you are talking a play as a momo only, I glance at float, pressure, news, etc. and make a quick decision. . .but as a POSITION trade, I must be absolutely CERTAIN that there is a minimum of risk.
Why is that? You might ask.
Because I don't like to miss. I feel a sense of responsibility to the readers of this thread and work VERY hard not to hand them anything risky or even mediocre. . .so I must be absolutely certain of the risks and willing to bear them, because they are outweighed by the potential.
Ask around on this thread. . .see if anyone can name more misses than hits. . .since the day I started this thread. . . .I venture to say that nobody here can. That is due to DD. . . .HEAVY DD and experience enough to know when to say no.
Best wishes in ALL your trading. . .
Sincerely,
