Ahh guys!!! To make sure everyone understands a few things about the rights. Firstly, a right is exactly that. It is a right to buy a portion of a share, in this case you get one for each share you own, and it will take 8 rights to buy one complete share AT 90 cents CDN.
Secondly you cannot sell your rights, you can only exercise them, within the stipulated period. So, if you currently have 4000 shares, you may purchase 500 additional shares in your name during the period for 90 cents. In turn, unless specified otherwise, you can turn around and sell all your shares at the, then current price,ie. from above example you may sell all 4,500 shares at $X. I hope that clears up some misconceptions. Comments?!?
