I hate using this term because it's such consultant balderdash but... what "synergys" could be expected from an acquisition of Tandberg. It sounds as if it would bring a significant amount of expertise and allow CUBE's digital video broadcast solutions to be more comprehensive.

Would the benefits be immediate?

Would Divicom's current customer list change and hopefully become more lucrative?

Would Tandberg open doors to previously unavailable markets?

Any thoughts from anyone?
