Michael MOT and Infinium (formerly Simens Semi.) have two joint ventures one is the White Oak in Virginia and the second small development 300mm fab in Dresden Germany. The 300mm fab is producing silicon. I am not aware of AMAT owning any part of any fab, it would not make sense for them to compete against their customers.
