Maurice, To stimulate some Feral Marketing, Globalstar should slash the minute price to Service Providers and get them scrambling for handsets. Globalstar needs to do this NOW to get them ordering handsets flat out, paying cash-up-front to ensure early delivery. Then Bernie wouldn't need to hassle Q! to produce handsets - they'd be going flat out already. That is the best solution to get ATI and other service providers to match G* price slashing plan to use up G* minutes. A balance is the way to go. Maurice. To raise the funding is not not easy when IRID is in trouble. I bet Mr. Schwartz is as eager as you and me to get things going. Trust him as a shrewed businessman for 40+ years.
