I've been in this stock for well over a year and until recently, it was very lonely. I too left a message for IR to call me several days ago. They did today. Given the volume of trading and interest in IPZ, you might extrapolate and project the number of requests for info that they get daily. I think it is a limitation of time and resources, not lack of concern for shareholders that keeps them from returning calls promptly.
