morning kramc,,searched back through my old posts from last year and did find the post I made after speaking to the transfer agent(at that time,he could not give me the info, per Dan's instructions) Still can't find the phone number, but the name of the firm was Alpha.. Also spent a half hour yesterday speaking to Robert Baker who wrote that offshore analyst report,,he recently visited Nashville and sounded pretty high on the technology---but is in the same boat as all of us--no financial info and no idea how many shares are out,,he figures, as I do,that the stock has been diluted substantially and most likely will be diluted further..he did mention he would like to do a follow up report, but currently doesn't have any info to add after 9 months time(his comment)...Also left a message on Mr K.'s service..I will not invest again in this company, unless I have current financial, debt structure and share base info. I did stumble on a post from last year, referencing 40mm shares out,if that was true,IMO,considering when I spoke to Dan last a few weeks ago(he state all debt had been converted to stock)--shares outstanding are probably north of 50mm.DD PS: worth giving Robert a call, he has known Dan for a dozen years or so..here is where Mr Bakers phone number can be found bahamas-offshore.com he did make an offhand comment about shares never received,I assume for doing this report..give him a call...good luck all, later-hope this doesn't sound like bashing,is not my intent..But this gag order on share count and the lack of financials,IMO is and will hold the stock price down..perhaps the boys on investor exchange can provide some answers or where we can get those answers.. Also tried to call Canyon, the old IR firm..disconnected phone number. PS: one last comment, Mr Baker did mention he thought PAMCO remains committed to stick with NTAH for the financial end of things.. |
