Zebraspot, you know as well as I do that an unsubstantiated flat-out lie can damage a company if the claimant is not made to back it up with facts. And I DO have the right to initate litigation if someone does that to a company I've invested in. You talk about "legal fascism," as if the company involved and its shareholders have no rights under the law, only scumbags telling lies. BTW, there is a big difference between legitimate criticism, damaging or not, and making things up out of thin air. You can make legitimate criticisms that are useful without causing the "doom" of "this whole new media," and without me or anyone else here liking it or agreeing with it, just as long as you don't start manufacturing things that don't exist.
I noticed that you especially took offence to my joking around about CD's handle. Big deal, so what, get a life. |
