Donald, If you get back to the Bay Area, the best dim sum is Jade Villa in Oakland. Not as Ritzy as Yank Sing, which caters more to American tastes (maybe best dim sum outside HK for Westerners' tastes), but better food and better prices. It's on the corner of Broadway and 12th in downtown Oakland. BTW, the best Chinese food in any city is NOT in a restaurant -- it's home cooked by people like my wife... Mr. Aloha
