Allen -

As a retired NYC high school teacher, it's interesting to see that my retirement plan (NY State) is one of the top ten institutions. As far as I know, they have never been known to be major risk takers. (I'm sure that's true of a lot of the other institutions listed.)

I'm sure the NYC Board of Ed could use Portico. When I was computer coordinator at the High School of Art & Design, it was always difficult to get in touch with anybody at the Board.

I guess a bit of my retirement is tied to the magic.
