Morgan Stanley STRONG BUY on Lundin Oil!!

Morgan Stanley Dean Witter gives Lundin Oil a STRONG BUY with a target price of 40SEK. This is up from a NEUTRAL holding on the stock.

I guess it was bound to happen as MSDW has been buying LOIL in Stockholm for a few week's now.
