Cnatman - Sounds like reasonable questions to me.................. I own another stock where the Chairman sends out a "Letter To Shareholders" twice per year. I don't know the legal/SEC ramifications regarding the content of such letters, but all stockholders greatly look forward to them. It seems to me that there is a plethora of "topics" that could be addressed by Mr. Murphy is such a letter. Again, I don't know if such a document would be considered as "informal" by the fabulous SEC but there sure are a helluva lot of things that need to be answered for any who might be reconsidering their substantial investments in this company. Comments?.....................V
