If an IPO isn't launched by Memorial Day it's chances for success are greatly reduced(unless it is considered a hot one). All that time they took to finally file the S1 is biting us on the ass now. A distant possibility is that if the first couple of IPO's of the summer flop, NAVR may pull theirs due to unfavorable market conditions.Looking further down the road, if the market is struggling in the post summer months because of panic over the approach of Y2k,they may not bring it back until the first of the year.
