Excuse me Franz, but anyone who thinks healthcare will evolve to interactive doctor/patient relationships has been reading too many Buck Rogers stories. Not even the Star Trek doctors use this mechanism. How do you put a stethoscope on a CRT? Draw blood samples from the keyboard? Interactivity may allow "Dear Abbey" type advice columns or mundane communications, but no physician today worth his salt is going to rely upon electronic interchanges to diagnose and treat a disease process in a human being.
