I have a couple of question regarding looking at TSEMF as a European Foundry.
Does Israel have a trade agreement with the EU such that there are no tarif or other export import restriction to get Tower on even term with a Fab Located within the EU.

As for spinning shares of TSEMF to DSSI share holders.
They will have to do away with Tower Holding.
As I also hear that The Israel Corp is looking to sell.
That may be a technical legal transaction.But I
am no corporate lawyer.

If Comverge gets a nice size contract, Comverge will be worth more than Market cap of DSSI.
