I first heard about Koala Corporation while attending a Red Chip Review Small Cap Investors Conference. The CEO of Koala Corp. gave a presentation and I ended up having lunch with him afterwards. A few different things about Koala Corp. peaked my interest. First of all, even though I had never "officially" heard about the company, I instantly knew who they were due to having seen their Koala Bear changing stations in every public bathroom I had been in. There is no doubt they are first to market with great brand name recognition.
I was also very impressed with the enthusiasm of the CEO. He was very excited about the brand name recognition that they already had. It seemed to me that his strategy to capitalize on this brand name recognition was right on track. They are making acquisitions in order to have products to cross-sell to existing customers.
I am looking at this company as a high-growth company in a very boring industry. So far quarterly results have been very impressive. I have been buying it on dips with my most recent purchase taking place a few days ago. I highly recommend calling the company, chatting with IR, and ordering an investors packet. I think it will be enough to entice you into a few shares.
