G'day all - this is a question for the oldtimers here. I am new to WAVC [even though I ve heard of Wave Rider awhile back.] My question is about the stock issuance. According to Yahoo!, the stock has not begun to trade until Jan 1999. However, SEC filings seem to suggest WAVC has been a going concerns for quite some times. Additionally, from the S3, it seems that there were some conversion [warrant or convertible prefers] going on. What is the story in terms of the evolution of the stock? TIA best, Bosco
