Chris,

I would love to hear how you would carry out your agenda in the face of authoritarians and despots.

What you are proposing is tantamount to telling a citizen or police officer that they can't take measures to prevent a crime from occurring.

Let's say I come across a neighbor who is beating his wife mercilessly and threatening her with a firearm (shots have even been fired). Is the police officer (or myself as a legally "packing" citizen), justified in using deadly force in these circumstances??

Should I just ignore the entire situation and consider it an "internal" family problem?? How about the police officer?? Should he obey your interpretation of the "law" as well and leave well enough alone?

How does a lawyer handle such an situation, Chris? And how will you apply those steps to the broader overlay of international law, where there is no declared enforcement agency, but only individually armed "private citizens (nations).

Regards,

Ron
