VTPI - Some may be confused on the date set by the company for receiving shares of the spin-off. The original NR stated the date of record was today (5/21), then a follow-up NR said the date was 5/14, then a final clarification NR stated the date of record for receiving shares was today. I hope people understand that today is the day!
