On IDX, I agree. On AVCS, it's back to the SEC archives. This is the termination of the "management agreement" and creation of the "consulting contract" in 1996... sec.gov And the amendment that reduced revenue but extended the contract in 1997... sec.gov It looks like Ron & Audrey will still be getting money for a little longer. This amendment of the Consulting Agreement does not affect the provisions of the separate Termination Agreement entered into February 1, 1996 under which the Tribe will pay a monthly payment of $350,000 to the Company through January 31, 2000.
