Integrity will be the most important ingredient. Frankly
I would have preferred that they just got a straight monthly
monetary payment. The fact that most of the stock is going
to be restricted is good. The way I read it only about 9000 shares is unrestricted which is a piddling amount in the scheme of things.
A PR firm becomes the interface with the public. They must
retain believability. I like the fact that right from the
git go they made it very clear what their compensation was
going to be. There are a lot of sleazy promoters in BB stocks.
Recently a number of them have come under indictment by the
SEC. I know a number of them were indicted for failing to notify the
public that they were being compensated in stock and were selling
the stock while hyping the company. My best advice to these
fellows is to maintain a certain distance. In business it is
usally referred to as "arms length". I would expect "forward
looking" statements--all companies do that.But if it starts sounding
like out and out hype or mealy mouth mincing of words a la the President, then investors will begin swallowing with a huge grain of salt and their effectiveness will be eroded very quickly.
