Aha, since the studies focused on publicly available information, the private players who didn't make their performance data available must have been making a killing? ;-) And I am an Indian maharajah.

Anyway, do the best players offer mutual funds? If not, what good is that information going to do to me or the general 401k investing crowd aka the vast majority of the real world of unwashed masses?

Double DCA sounds like the ideal recipe to get whiplashed by timing the market! Thanks but no, thanks!
