Called the company. Was told they had hired a PR firm to handle investor relations, the name is unpronouncable for me but the phone is 212-838-3777, Mr. Volk.

He will send me a package of Investor data. Both the company person and the flak said the company goal was to:

A. Be profitable operating gaming establishments;
B. Buy facilities like the one Monday which offer high hope to expand the operation as Michigan laws allow more forms of gambling. I look for this to be a relatively slow process, not a spurt of aquisitions.

Hope this helps those interested. Any info will be appreciated.
