I have been looking at the PR ... what Novell did recently seems good almost like they've learned how to do it right ... but not enough yet, and not effective either. MicroSoft does it to excess ... and it's very effective too. We'll know it's effective when the press starts quoting the PR as if it were accepted fact in the marketplace. You are right about the 'leader' of course ... but, we also need some type of effective follow up ... and a big increase in the capability to propose & close from lots of Novell people ... I don't think they are even started yet ... I can't accept that they need to wait for a new leader. The type of problem that Paul reported is still happening, a new leader will probably change the culture to make that seem more like a situation that should be avoided. I don't think there are serious barriers to the ones that want to get moving now, just a lack of time & energy ... oh, and a feeling of it's someone else's responsibility too! I'll keep plugging away, good luck to you doing the same.
