Y'All: Just saw Phillip on CNBC. Talk about half truths! All he mentioned that was fundamentally negative was Maastrict. But what wasn't mentioned was net CB sales, which are basically ZERO or the yearly demand gap. Also mentioned that gold mining costs are coming down - true enough but it isn't technological as implied - they're just closing off unprofitable mines and high grading the rest while laying off more workers and hedging. Can you believe he said gold mining is a very profitable business now? Has he seen the attrition rate in the Junior sector? At least they snuck in a clip of John Murphy's comment about CB manipulation... Bob
