Yes, I liked the notch up yesterday as well. The news release was most likely the cause. I never really was too excited about the Chasen's deal anyway. The restaurant business is as volatile as the internet stocks with nowhere near the payoff. Just didn't see the benefit SHAL. I agree that another SLNN type spin off would be beneficial and I think we will see something of this nature in the not too distant future. They had talked about several more SIPOD's before the end of the year.
