pied-- dont really have the time to PM... the model is basically revenue sharing. instead of a big up front fee for the SW and licenses, they get a part of the revenue stream from ecommerce sites that use their SW. its a great model, one that the industry as a whole is moving too. what i keep thinking about is how much visa and mastercard must make off those 2% merchant fees. and THATS when i start to get giddy<G>. well, we got our sell off. i am starting to go long again. good luck to all, trey
