The more I look into it, the weirder it seems. The volume shot up just before the announcement of the capital infusion which took place at an incredible premium to the prevailing price. The only explanation I can think of is that this financial group already had a stake in AERN and wanted some artifical price support. This may even have given some insiders a window of opportunity to get out. How can we find out about insider sales?

To reiterate, this battery has zero appeal in a mainstream computer or cellular application. Only area where it makes sense is where number of recharges is not critical (e.g. emergency equipment not expected to be used often?)

The company has zero sales despite claiming to have a product on the market -- ouch. Hoover reports $10M on hand as of the last quarter. They are living hand to mouth and probably would not have made it without the recent infusion.

I expect volume to die down soon and the price to go back to where it was a few weeks ago.
