Aus;

Your active participation on this thread has maintained a civility and encouraged knowledgeable people to contribute. Anyone new doing DD can take a look at the roller coaster stock price and get a good insight as to how a well positioned well managed company stock can be so volatile.

Personally I have traded at an initial loss (couple points) and got out in the low 20's. I did not like the Lexar "alleged" infringement as it had the possibility of reducing future cash flow on the intellectual property side. When this stock became a screaming buy in the single digits I reentered. I took profits at the 4+ banger level. I reentered again in the recent dip. Baring any substantial changes (which I would first see on this thread)I am now a long term hold.

I bring this up not to entirely gloat on my good fortune but to comment on your participation. Message boards can simultaneous impersonal and deeply personal. I believe if I were more active in posting I would feel more committed. I would be less prone to take a profit or minimize a loss.

Investing parameters change, balancing a loss for tax purposes or executing on financial goals (take that once in a lifetime trip). As a long time but infrequent participant on this thread yours and others posts has assisted my decision by proving good objective timely information. Every investor who uses this medium is responsible for his or her own profits and losses.
