Duker, Picky, picky, picky. Just because TSMC's wafer starts per month are numbered in the hundred thousands doesn't make them a primary chipmaker. After all they are a foundry and don't even design their own chips. And they're Taiwanese. Didn't you know that a company has to be US based to be Primary or even secondary? :-) Ian.
