Duke,

SNRS will not do another release until they have the letter in hand from FDA. While Sara Thornton verbally told callers that there is a Holmium laser for LTK on the agenda, it takes at least a week for internal routing within FDA before the letters go out. It is possible that SNRS will get a fax copy, but the caller who posted the result of their phonecall indicated that Thornton said that the agenda needs final approval within FDA before it is published.
