We believe the realignment allows TMCS to more effectively deliver its leading brand of local content with its quickly growing online ticket business, capitalizing on the benefits of the combined companies while recognizing the differences in each business. TMCS also announced the intended acquisition of Match.com, an online dating service, which we believe fits well with the CitySearch story given the concept's local nature. We believe dating services are a category that can be made larger on the Web than offline. We look for TMCS to make additional strategic partnerships and/or acquisitions to enhance local content and commerce. We also maintain our opinion that TMCS could be an attractive takeover candidate. We believe TMCS' strategy continually improves and gathers momentum. We can see multiple catalysts for the stock and believe that it will return to and move past previous highs.
