They secured $150 million for $100 million bonds. Is it obvious that they would cover the expense associated with IPO from the same credit facility? Did you ever say that there was no IPO? What is your base that IDTC is going to miss its earnings this quarter? If IDTC meets the earnings, what else would you say? Downgrades pending, NTOP IPO canceled, or missing the earnings for next quarters? David, don't pretend to be someone you're not. Your intention is well known on this thread.
