Well, I may not get to vote on these latest proposals

I pulled the plug this morning, with a portion of my block going for 111 5/16. FWIW, I have a bad feeling about the market in general. I get the impression there is very little new money coming into the tech section generally. I do not know if this trade is good or bad for the short term. I will watch closely how the market develops in the upcoming hours and days. Call me chicken sh#t, but I would rather miss out on a bit of the reversal than lose much more of my paper profits. I realize we have a potential floor @ $90, but I'm not sure how solid that is since PA may not want to buy all of the float. I still consider SI to be the current jewel in GNET's crown, but it's shine dulls as the market goes to pots. I am thus temporarily not long. I will be reading this thread - I still like GNET.
