Why? reasons for todays rise run the gamut. Tandy acquisition of Amerilink, rumor of Oppenheimer coverage, internet telephony conference in a few weeks, purchase of Blue Ridge on May 5th which gives IFCI technology partnerhsip with Microsoft & Netscape.
