I will be glad to help you. However, without intending to sound like a lecturer, I suggest you, and anyone else who owns this stock and is unsure of the share count, think about whether you ought to own a business when you are uncertain of it's value. There are 58,000,000 "interests" in Globalstar LLC. These are each equivalent to 4 shares of GSTRF. (GSTRF owns 34% of them). In addition, assume conversion of the 7,000,000 shares of Pfd into another 15,000,000 shares and you've got 247MM+ shares outstanding before scattered warrants and options. ie: The equity market cap at 20 is about $5 billion.
