"In the long run, the Company is the Company, and it will be judged and trade, on its merits alone, don't you agree?"

Absolutely. This is exactly why i'm sure it will go to zero. As far as the fight I was referring to, everytime a bunch of wonderful born again scamsters all get together like this the company puts up a helluva fight on it's way to zero. That's because experienced scamsters know how the game is played and know all the clean and dirty tricks to keep a stock artifically high for as long as possible(while as many shares as possible are dumped), and they know all the ways to make life as difficult as possible for the shorts. Take yourself for instance, you claim to be Mr. Moneybags, yet was bankrupt just a few years ago, and even then you managed to drag it out for several years. I expect the same to happen again, maybe your even the technical advisor on the "hide the proceeds of the stock sell offshore where the IRS can't touch it" part of this pump and dump.
Now besides all the incredibly funny stuff that keeps coming up about the gang that couldn't shoot straight managements past, the thing that I keep seeing that really stinks up the joint is the claims about mp-4. Admittedly I know little about mp-4 video, but I have kept up on the audio side. The mp-4 standard, both audio and video, was just aproved late last year. Here and there people use part of it in a proprietary way to make a new audio standard, but I have yet to see an ISO mp4 audio encoder. Ok, so maybe this company is doing a proprietary format and only using part. I still have major doubts. You yourself claimed that mp-4 can compress a clip 6 to 10 times better than mp-3. Gee, i've never heard of mp-3. MP-2 video is what is used in DSS for instance, but there's no such thing as mp-3. Go here for instance, drogo.cselt.stet.it you'll see no mention of mp-3. MP-3 audio that is so widely talked about, is just an offshoot, it's really mpeg-1 layer 3. The best claims i've seen for mp4 audio compression to what today is called mp-3 is 2 to 1, video might be somewhat better, but I highly doubt your 6 to 10 to 1 for the same quality. I think the only way anything that much better will ever happen is if they come up with some real trick fractal based compression, and i'm sure some scam bb company will then come along promising 100 to 1 near lossless compression. (Actually I first read about this about 6 or 7 years ago, what's the holdup scamsters.) If this company has anything at all then it will likely either not compress as you said, or will be of much worse quality, Microsoft itself took this approach with their recently released audio compression format. It is much faster encoding that mp3 and has smaller file sizes, but it sounds noticeably worse, especially at higher bit rates where mp3 approaches cd quality. At lower bit rates where there's already a lot of distortion it is possible to get out of whack ratios like you speak of, because once it sucks so bad people don't really notice it when it's even worse, but compare two higher quality samples and I say no way. Again that's even if this company has anything, which I seriously doubt.
By all means, please prove me wrong, stream me something that blows Realaudio and Realvideo away. I'll be holding my breath in the meantime.(I have to around this stock because of the foul stench it emanates.)
