TAP, the press release CLEARLY states: "James Tilton, president of TNRG, stated, ....The only fact that we did state was that all shareholders of TNRG common stock as at May 20, 1999 would be guaranteed the TIPS dividend shares." Quit posting materially false and misleading information. There is clearly a class action suit coming as of right now. Either the Company is LYING (per the above statement) as you claim or that are not. If they are not lying, then the Company's P/R agency would be the defendant of the suit. Either way TNRG shareholders are win-win it seems, and the Company is the loser... which means we all lose, even if we win. (g) Colin
