Targets would be based on valuations,.... but we have to use the charts on stuff like "the nets" obviously. Revenue growth also a no brainer importance here...you know this, I don't need to rehash it. Right?
ok,, back to exit points:
For instance ACTN is projected to earn 2.05 this and 2.65 next year.
I'll low ball it and call it 2.50 X 25pe = 62.5, ok so I lied... 62.5 is my target...must be that human thing :-)
Why do I like the ACTN/Nascar theme apart from the obvious numbers? Cuz I'm a motorhead and into cars & racing & I buy their products (I collect diecast cars). NASCAR is the fastest growing spectator sport in the country for the past few years. This trend is still growing as they capture many of advertising dollars from name brand co's we all know and love. That's my story on ACTN in a nut shell.
